Councilmember Anita Bonds is committed to ensuring that every resident has access to affordable quality housing options and is  promoting strong community organizations in every neighborhood.

The Committee on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization is responsible for matters relating to development, maintenance, preservation, and regulation of the housing stock, including rental housing; neighborhood revitalization, development, improvement, stabilization, and urban affairs; homelessness (jointly with the Committee on Human Services for purposes of oversight); and matters regarding Advisory Neighborhood Commissions; and the concerns of the aging.
